Solanum lycopersicum L.
Striking, dark cherry tomato with a yellow background and a spicy taste.
The tomatoes of this variety are a real eye-catcher with their wonderful play of colors. At first the fruits are purple-black when unripe and when fully ripe the underside of the tomato turns a light yellow (if you remove the stem you can see a beautiful star). The variety was selected by Josef Obermooser and Ulli Klein from Austria. The plants grow vigorously and also delight in terms of taste. The fruits are a great combination of the parent varieties Stripes of Yore (bred by Tom Wagner) and Bianca (bred by Reinhard Kraft).
